Group Talent Acquisition Specialist
As our Group Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership and key positions across Europe. You will work closely with hiring managers, local HR teams, and senior leadership to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent. You’ll also have the opportunity to drive process improvements, implement innovative recruitment strategies, and shape the way we source talent globally.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for senior and critical roles, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Develop assessment strategies and conduct structured interviews with consistent evaluation reporting
- Proactively source and engage with passive candidates through networking, direct outreach, and market research
- Maintain active use of job boards, recruitment platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent
- Analyse hiring data and market trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve quality of hires
- Balance recruitment quality with budget-conscious practices to optimize resource allocation
- Guide and coach local HR colleagues on recruitment best practices and ensure consistency across processes
- Implement and continuously improve group-wide recruitment procedures, KPIs, and reporting standards
- Drive innovation in sourcing and hiring strategies in alignment with organizational and people goals
- Serve as the Key User for the SuccessFactors Recruitment Module—ensuring effective system usage and user training
- Develop compelling job ads and campaigns, collaborate with marketing, and lead initiatives like referral programs and recruiter training to position Vetropack as an Employer of Choice
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior-level and international recruitment, ideally in a corporate or matrix organization
- A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, with deep expertise in recruitment processes, and talent strategy
- At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition/recruiter role, where you’ve successfully led recruitment for leadership and critical roles, particularly in cross-border or group-level contexts
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential, as it helps you understand the specific talent needs and business dynamics of this sector.
- Strong English skills (C1 level) are required for effective communication in our international environment; proficiency in additional languages (German and Italian) is a plus
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and deliver talent acquisition initiatives from start to finish
- Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment and their practical application to sourcing and candidate evaluation is considered a strong advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred
