Digital Governance Manager (m/f/d)

As our Digital Governance Manager, you’ll be at the core of how IT & OT operate across the organization, ensuring processes are streamlined, performance is measurable, and digital initiatives truly deliver value.

In this role, you’ll bring order to complexity – connecting business needs with IT execution, shaping governance frameworks, and driving transparency across projects, costs, and performance. Key responsibilities

• Establish and govern IT & OT process frameworks to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability
• Manage and optimize the digital project portfolio, including demand, prioritization, and roadmap planning
• Monitor and improve IT performance, service quality, and key metrics
• Ensure transparency in cost tracking, resource utilization, and budgeting processes
• Act as a bridge between business and IT, aligning digital initiatives with business priorities
• Define and improve stakeholder engagement models and governance routines (e.g., performance reviews, alignment meetings)
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and ways of working
• Support vendor and partner lifecycle management with relevant performance and cost insights
• Ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards
• Enable business satisfaction measurement and identify improvement opportunities

Your profile:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in IT governance, enterprise architecture, business analysis, or similar roles
• 1–3 years of experience in leading or coordinating teams/projects
• Strong understanding of IT processes, service delivery, and performance management
• Experience with project portfolio management, demand management, and roadmap planning
• Background in enterprise architecture is strongly preferred
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong attention to detail
• Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work across technical and business environments
• Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
