HSE Manager - RSPP

VETROPACK Italia is looking for an HSE Manager - RSPP for its Trezzano sul Naviglio plant.



Ensure the application of the EHS Integrated System and its maintenance; ensure compliance with the legislation on the Environment and Safety, pursuing the goal of "zero accidents"; actively contribute to the implementation of the Safety Strategy, promoting change and guiding the team with an innovative vision and proactivity in view of the move to Boffalora sopra Ticino (new Vetropack Italia plant).



Ensure legislative compliance on EHS, through the analysis of the new EHS regulations, the impact assessment and its applicability to the VPI reality, and provide a summary of the same and the necessary actions to the company management;

Collaborate with investment managers, providing all information for the applicability and related EHS impacts and suggesting any changes to be made;

Ensuring the identification of the activities necessary for continuous improvement in the EHS field and planning them, following the approval of the management;

Check the progress of the EHS Action and Improvement Plans at the periodic EHS Meeting

Collaborate with the General Management to ensure that all the requirements set out in the EHS authorizations for the operation of the plants are fulfilled;

Ensuring that all EHS reports required by the Vetropack Group are compiled;

To guarantee, to the extent of its competence, support to the General Management for the management of Internal Control through the maintenance of company control policies and the pursuit of actions, guidelines to be implemented directly or through its own structure;

Carry out, in collaboration with the Employer and the other figures involved, the evaluation of risks pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments for the VPI plant and draw up the related improvement plans;

Formulate, organize and propose training activities that, compared to existing plans, should also be carried out in relation to regulatory changes, actively intervening in the choice of content and, when this is compatible with their skills, in carrying out the same;

Verify, by carrying out periodic inspections, the correct management of regulatory compliance and related schedules regarding the Environment, Hygiene and Safety of the VPI plant as well as the correct implementation of the standards and procedures envisaged at Group level;

Contribute and coordinate the activities for the implementation of the projects launched in the EHS area by the VPH Group;

Check the correct administrative management of Waste (registration of the transport forms and processing (through an external consultant) of the annual MUD;

Check the correct management of the Fire Prevention Register, in relation to the recording of periodic maintenance activities required for Firefighting;

Check that the sampling and analysis of emissions (into the atmosphere and water) are carried out according to and in compliance with the relevant authorization requirements;

 Perform the processing of monthly EHS indicators and their dissemination, as well as the periodic EHS reporting required by the Group.
