IT Product Owner Production (m/f/d)

Locations: Austria (Pochland), Croatia (Hum na Sutli, Zagreb) preferably 
 
We are looking for an experienced professional in the project management to join our IT Team in order to consult business in the area of Production. As IT-Product Owner of the business process in Production you will play a key role in the consulting of the business partners, designing and realization of solutions from IT side in the area of Production on the Vetropack sites. One of the ambitious objective of the role is realisation of the essential Manufacturing Execution System (MES) project. 

Reporting directly to Digital Factory Manager, in Austria. 
 
Key objectives:
•    Consulting of the Vetropack business in the area of Production
•    Finding the best solutions for Business Process optimisations und integrations.
•    Translate business requirements into IT-Concepts for realisation.
•    Conception and Realisation of IT projects, especially as a part of an ongoing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) pilot and rollout project. 
•    Oversee the technological IT landscape in the production process & its integration at the Vetropack sites 
•    Act as co-responsible for the IT change control coordination, ensure overall production strategy and commitments are met whilst technological & process changes will be implemented
•    In partnership with business stakeholders, business process drivers and other IT-Product Owners take a key role in identifying business opportunities and support implementation activities
•    Handling of the technical Documentation of the IT Solutions.
•    Ensuring maintainability and Support of the implemented Solutions.
•    Coordinating external suppliers and consultants
•    Project Management for extensions and rollouts.
•    Contribute in the Project Management Center of Excellence
•    Contribute in the Enterprise Architecture Center of Excellence
•    Ensuring MES operation support and SLA fulfilment together with the IT-Service Management

•    Ability to efficient communicate with international colleagues, being sensitive and open-minded
•    Enthusiastic, reliable, flexible, great team player
•    Strong in relationship and stakeholder management
•    Able to work proactively and in structured manner
•    Product and Project Management Skills
•    Willingness to travel during implementation phases and deal with irregular working hours (projects)

 
Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree
•    5 years of experience in IT in Manufacturing or Process Industry and at least 2 years of experience in similar role
•    MES, MS office and similar is a must
•    SAP and Networking as advantage
•    English level C1 minimum in spoken and written language. German B2 is important to have
