IT Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/n)

Do you have a homelab at home? Have you ever spent a whole weekend figuring out why something didn't work, just because you had to know? Then keep reading.

We're looking for a curious, hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our IT & Digitalisation team. You'll help us run, secure and improve our Microsoft 365 environment across an international group, and you'll get real responsibility from day one.

What you'll do

• Keep our Microsoft 365 environment running smoothly and make it better: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Manage identities, groups, roles, MFA and Conditional Access, keeping things secure without getting in people's way.
• Solve tricky problems: mail flow, access issues, sync errors, licensing puzzles and the occasional mystery nobody else could crack.
• Automate the boring stuff.
• Help build our compliance and data protection setup (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, ...).
• Keep an eye on alerts, logs and service health so you catch issues before users do.
• Help define clear standards and document what you build so the rest of the team can rely on it.

What we're looking for

• A degree in IT or a related field, whether you just graduated or have a year or two of experience. Internships, side projects and personal labs count.
• A good grasp of the basics: identity (Entra ID / Active Directory), MFA, SharePoint/OneDrive, and some PowerShell.
• Curiosity about Intune, endpoint management, scripting or security baselines. You don't need to master everything yet.
• You learn fast and enjoy figuring things out on your own.
• Fluent English and Croatian, spoken and written.

Bonus points if you...

• Run a homelab, a personal tenant, or have a GitHub with a few scripts you're proud of.
• Have started (or passed) a Microsoft certification.
• Are the person friends and family call when their computer acts up.
