Sales Representative (export)
The Vetropack Group is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of packaging glass. With a total of over 3300 employees, it operates glass plants in Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Italy and Moldova. PrJSC Vetropack Gostomel Glass Factory produces, sells and distributes glass packaging in Ukraine. Our office and production are situated in Gostomel, Kyiv region with more than 370 employees.
We invite to our team specialist for position of Sales Representative (export to East Europe and Baltic countries).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education (technical / economic)
- Experience in the sales department (from 3 years, mainly B2B), mandatory experience working with export clients, experience in successful negotiations
- Experience in a manufacturing company (packaging business) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Effective communication: high level of proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian, high-quality information and feedback
- High level of self-organization and project management
- Knowledge of programs: MS Office (Excel, Power Point), 1C, SAP (preferably)
- Advance level of English (C1)
- Driver's license. Experience of active driving of 5-7 years is obligatory
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Organization of export sales: finding and concluding contracts with new customers, working with current customers, conducting commercial negotiations with customers
- Expansion of the market for products
- Negotiating with existing and potential customers
- Ability / desire to establish business relationships with customers and develop them
- Monitoring the situation in product groups and quick response to competitors and market trends
- Concluding and maintaining agreements with customers
- Control of timely payment by the buyer for shipped products
- Participation in exhibitions within this production area
- Possession of information about the actions of competitors
- Reporting according to sales plans
