What you will do

• Calendar management for Business Unit Manager Vetropack Moldova & Romania
• Scheduling meetings and coordination of invites / virtual meetings
• Travel arrangement (flights, booking hotels and visa applications)
• Document management & archiving
• Working with Group Communications to plan and manage events / internal communications / external communications / digital communications (Employee App, Vetroflash magazine)
• Organizing corporate and charity / environmental events
• Monitoring & handling office expenses and data in SAP
• Welcome visitors and be a support for protocol when needed
• Maintaining safe and clean reception area

Candidate profile

• Degree in BA or equivalent
• Prior administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Extremely proactive approach, reputation as a doer
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willingness to irregular group-wide travel up to 10% (Europe zone)
