HR specialist

Vetropack Group is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of glass packaging for the food and beverage industry with around 4,000 employees. Vetropack has state-of-the-art production facilities as well as sales and distribution offices in Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Italy, the Republic of Moldova, and Romania.
Now we are currently seeking an HR Specialist to join our team in Chisinau and take part of the HR Department.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional leaders to compile a consistent list of requirements to blue collar positions
• Attract suitable candidates through online job boards, Vetropack Career Site, social media, recommendations
• Conduct interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Manage the recruitment process of blue collar positions in SuccessFactors Software
• Provide support in recruiting process of white collar positions
• Manage employee personal data, validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign off procedure and validating any documentation required in internal HR databases
• Prepare various HR documents, including employment/termination contracts, job descriptions, etc.
• Take an active part in HR projects (surveys, trainings, industrial days, internships programs, etc.)

Requirements

• University degree in HR or related positions
• Experience in personnel administration process, at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of English level, at least B1
• Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in MS Office (especially, Microsoft Excel and Power Point)
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work with confidential data
• Ability to think analytically and problem solving
