Position overview:

The ideal candidate will have shown expertise in procurement process, internal and external communication, outstanding execution of projects from planning through delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow the procedures of Indirect purchases: Admin, Facility management & Energy categories in order to comply with the parent company general terms and conditions of purchase and deliver savings.
• Analyze, conduct and record market research for constant improving of supplies.
• Maintain relationship with vendors and contractors to ensure good reliable sources of supply and information.
• Optimize purchases, arrange tenders and bids comparison to secure the best possible pricing, quality and other terms.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure optimal costs, terms and reliable supply.
• Follow all required document operations formalities and finalize the contracting process, liaise with all related departments to complete the delivery.
• Process to conclusion all disputed purchases of goods and services.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Supply Chain, BA, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in similar role.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• SAP, category management basics.
• High project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
