We are looking
Consultant to support and further develop our digital collaboration landscape. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to translate business needs into well‑governed, user‑friendly, and effective Microsoft 365 solutions.
You will take an active, hands‑on role in shaping how Microsoft 365 is used across the organization — going beyond individual tools to design end‑to‑end collaboration scenarios using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Planner, Loop, and the Power Platform.
A key aspect of the role is helping the business choose the right tool for the right purpose, while ensuring governance, security, and scalability.
The role combines consulting mindset, technical implementation, and user adoption. You will contribute to defining governance standards, folder and permission structures, and automation scenarios, while also supporting communication, enablement, and continuous improvement of modern ways of working.

Key Competencies
Technologies Microsoft 365 Architecture: In-depth understanding of M365 architecture, including hybrid setups with AD Connect and ADFS for integration and identity management. SharePoint Online: Extensive experience in designing, deploying, and managing SharePoint Online solutions. Power Platform: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create automated workflows and data visualizations. Microsoft Teams: Expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication. Azure Services: Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure AD, Azure AI, and integration with M365. Exchange Online: Experience in managing and troubleshooting Exchange Online environments. Security and Compliance: Understanding of M365 security and compliance features, including data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and information protection. Technical Consultation: Ability to assess business needs, develop M365 roadmaps, and provide techno-functional consultation. Project Management: Experience in leading projects, preparing solution architecture, and design documents. User Adoption and Training: Skills in guiding user adoption, training, and support for M365 applications. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize M365 solutions |
