Group Segment Manager

We’re looking for a Group Segment Manager to lead our group‑wide segment and product strategy and drive profitable growth across markets. This role sits at the heart of Marketing, Sales, and Product Management, shaping how our segments perform globally while respecting local market realities.

 

Your Role & Impact

You will own the group‑level marketing strategy for assigned segments, acting as the expert on segment dynamics, consumer demand, filling trends, and market developments, while partnering with the Group Marketing Manager to translate strategy into actionable commercial initiatives.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Segment Marketing Plan (still and sparkling wine), delivering insights that support commercial decision‑making.
  • Define and implement a group‑wide commercial approach, including portfolio optimization, standard range alignment, and sales support tools.
  • Own the NPD and opportunity pipeline, ensuring transparency, data quality, and delivery against agreed targets.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials aligned with corporate branding and communication guidelines.
  • Work closely with Sales to prepare and present segment initiatives to customers, supporting value creation and market share growth.
  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and ensure consistent information flow at group level.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Segment or Category Management, New Product Development, or Product Management, ideally within FMCG, the wine business, or the glass packaging industry
  • Degree, preferably in Marketing or a commercial field
  • Proactive and agile mindset
